DIsabled keyboard and mouse

I disabled my keyboard in the device manager on accident and I suppose the mouse went along with it. I have Win7. When I enter BIOS they both work but not in regular startup or in safe mode.

I'll suggest doing a system restore to a date prior to when you goofed up, if you can
