Question Disabled Safe Boot

Hey,
I’be been trying to meet the specs for windows 11. One of the requirements is that I disable secure boot. In doing so my screen now goes black when I turn on my computer. No lighting up of the monitor - like it’s unresponsive. The computer is working, the graphics card has been checked - I’m certain it’s the motherboard. I did this a year ago too, to meet the requirements for windows 11 and the same thing happened. After trying to find some solution I just ended up buying a new motherboard.
Neither the motherboard then nor the one I have in my computer are broken - it’s clearly just cause I disabled secure boot. In doing so I can’t even access my bios menu.

Please can someone help me solve this problem, it’s really doing my head in and I need this computer for my course!
