Disabled Secure Boot Can't Access BIOS Now

In an attempt to boot from a usb I disabled the secure boot option in the bios and enabled the launch CSM mode. Ever since then my computer will not allow me to enter the bios and doesn't show the Asus splash it just goes right to login. I'm also finding that it sleeps every time it needs to reset or shut down even though I disabled fast boot in power options.

Are you on win 10?

If so, go to settings/update & security/recovery/advanced start up - restart pc
this loads a blue menu
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose UEFI firmware settings - this should load you into bios

what Asus motherboard do you have? They can be a pain to boot from USB
