disableing all windows hot keys

Is there any way to disable all of the windows keyboard shortcuts?

I am running windows 10.

Example

Disabling the following:

1. alt f4
2. alt tab
3. windows key

Short answer -NO, this is key part of Windows that incase your mouse STOPS working you have someway to interact with Windows to FIX the issue.
ALT tab is a common key on the KEYBOARD, there is no 'WINDOWS' setting for it, that be like asking to have the spacebar or CAPSLOCK "disabled'.
Windows Key can and is only 'hardware' disabled on SOME limited keyboards, that include extra SOFTWARE app to do things like make sure NumLOCK is on, CAPS is off, Windows Key is disabled during gaming (i.e. expensive gamer keboards).

dont know about 1 and 2 but pretty sure you can disable the windows key

luckily i have the coirsair k70 rgb the software will let me disable them with a click of a button its still in the beta and they are still improving it.
