I wanted to enable AMD's SAM but it requires to disable CSM. So i disabled CSM in the bios and enable 4G decoding and other setting (i forgot the name). I was able to enter windows but it becomes unresponsive. I only able to open file explorer, open Start Menu, and open System Tray. Other than that, i can not do anything else like opening files and other apps. My startup app won't even launch. I can not even restart my PC from windows, CTRL + ALT + DEL wont work too. Turns out, the problem was with CSM. Enabling CSM will fix unresponsive windows but SAM will be disabled.

Why is this happening? Also after disabling CSM, BBS priorities is gone. Windows Boot Manager is the only boot option, not even my drive is available. All of my drives are GPT.

My PC Specs :
AMD Ryzen 5 5600G
RX 6600
Asrock B450M-HDV R4.0 Bios version 10.10 (latest bios)

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

If you installed your OS while CSM was enabled, you will need to reinstall your OS if you want to disable CSM.

So i should have disabled CSM first and then install my OS?

Is there a way around this? because i had disabled CSM successfully some how, i did not remember the exact BIOS settings but it was broken after i tried to run furmark with overclocked GPU via AMD Adrenaline (after my PC restarted).

My furmark score before SAM disabled was 7660, after SAM disabled was around 7400.

After asking one of my friend, the problem was about the driver. Since i have both iGPU and dGPU somehow my pc is "confused". I can disable CSM when my dGPU is turned off (disconnecting the power cable) and using my iGPU. I am on my way to uninstall my display driver and disabling CSM. After that, i reinstall my display driver.

edit :
i also disable my iGPU
