Disabling OC Tuner

So, I open BIOS for the first time and found out that I had this thing set on "turbo profile" and I can switch it because there are no other options there. There is "auto tuning" thing, but IDK if it will be better or worse, and it says it will disable something called C-State, and I have no idea what it is.

C-state is just a low power sleep mode.
I would not mess with CPU overclocking which is automated by BIOS as it tends to put more voltage than needed through the CPU.
Leave the autotoner off.
