[SOLVED] Disabling steam and razer synapse at startup

Hey I accidentally disabled steam and razer synapse on startup in task mananger. And restarted the pc and then enabled them again and i did another restart. I was wondering if doing affects my pc performance in some way. I know its a stupid question and im just being paranoid but i just want to know for sure. I am pc freak like i just have to know if something makes my pc slower.

...all you really did was change a "switch"....you basically switched them off and back on again.

Yeah all i did was i disabled steam and razer synapse in task manager and restarted my pc and then enabled them and restarted again thats all
