Disabling the NVIDIA High Definition Audio

For some reason it seems like my two audio devices seem to be causing problems with eachother, and I was wondering if its fine for me to disable the NVIDIA High Definition Audio from my sound settings.

It never hurts to try. But yes, you can disable it. Or disable it through Device Manager

Win + R and then type devmgmt.msc
