Disabling touchpad in windows 10

I upgraded to windows 10, and I found out that I was unable to do F9 to turn off my touchpad. I want to disable it because I NEVER use it. Is there a way I can fix this?

Just disable it through device manager easy Go to control panel click hardware and sound then click on device manager you should be able to find the touch pad right click on it and select disable.

Probably in bios, or in device manager. More than likely the bios.
