Disabling trackpad on startup

I disabled the trackad when I plug in a mouse, but the thing is it wont disable when I startup my comp with the mouse already plugged, so basically every time i have to go in proprieties > mouse and pointers and then its like my computer remembers the case was checked and then disable the trackpad but its a bit annoying having to do this every time
