disabling uneccisary services win10pro to boost video games

and to reduce ram usage. am on an older computer till mine is built on Tuesday but my dad uses this pc I just installed windows 10pro wondering if theres a list of services I could disable and boost games. 3gbram q6600 proc.

i don't think disabling a few services will cut it since that PC only has 3GB of ram

well am using low graphics is another I think a gig or two on the graphics card in here
