This is an old problem that ATI never fixed.
I have tried all the fixes that have been posted in the various news
groups - none have worked.
I'm using windows 2k (stand alone), and I only have the problem when I
log is a user. When I log in as an administrator there is no problem.
So I figure there must be a different ati setting somewhere between the
administrator and a user. I couldn't find any. Anybody have any ideas?

Are you sure it isn't your mouse settings, like a "hide while typing"?

The DisplaySize in the registry under
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ATI Technologies\MultiMedia\Features\TV\Display
for the administrator logon will be 0x00000003 (3). For the user logon, it won't. Change it.

I had already tried this, and it worked for about a minute.
However seeing your response prompted me to try it again - It works!
Don't know why. The only difference is that I downloaded the new
schedule since the last time I changed it.
Any way thanks for your assistance.
