I recently replaced the screen on my Lenovo 110 ideapad and subsequently found the disc drive non-responsive, it just makes a rattling sound but does not eject.
I get no response from the control panel either..

use needle.
all of those have a tiny hole: example
you can force eject even without power.
it might be that mechanism is broken and you will have to use needle from now, or that after you force it open, it will start working again. (clean it up a bit from dust or other stuff)
