Disc management sees my external USB hard drive and I cannot manage the disc

I have a USB hard drive with some photos on it. I'm using a Windows Vista platform. The USB hard drive used to work. Now, I plug it in and it does not show up in "Computer." I have gone to disk management and I can see it there listed as Disk 1 (Healthy (Active, Primary Partition)). However, when I right click, I have no options other than "Delete Volume."

I know the usb is Disk 1 because it disappears when I unplug the usb cord and reappears when I plug it back in.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think I figured it out. The drive was used on a Mac first and I believe it was partitioned using a Mac format.
