disc read error imagefile22

Hi all. I wonder if anyone can help? Ive just recently installed the latest Call Of Duty game Ghosts on my pc, but every time i go to play it it says disc read error imagefile22. When i first installed it the one player mode ran nice and smooth, but a couple of rounds into it then the error massage! Now it says it all the time. Has anyone had the same problem? and if so what do you do about it?

Ive installed from disc and from steam as well. It also locks my pc up when trying to reinstall. if not that i get an read error message

How far does it get? Can you try in steam and then verify after you hang?

I am having the same problem on my XB1 with COD ghosts. I get image 25, 1, 13, 10 and some others. It kicks me out all the time. I can't figure it out either. I been reading and it seems like it is happening to lot of people. I've read the same thing with PS4 disc copy. I did the digital copy. Annoying. I can't get through 30mins without getting kicked from the game.
