Disc Usage 100%

Hello,
I bought new PC (just my SSD is same) and my PC freezes for few to several seconds every now and then.It happened both on windows 10 and windows 8. I tried disabling superfletch and windows search but it didnt help. Please help me
my specs are:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1060 3GT OC
MBD: Gigabyte GA-B450M DS3H
RAM: ADATA AX4U300038G16-SRG 1x
SSD: Transcend SSD370S 128GB
Power supply: Zalman 600W ZM600-GSII

Did you perform a clean Windows 10 installation?
How much free space do you have on the SSD?
