Disconnect From Internet when starting games

When I start games like The escapists 2 or Gmod i get disconnected from internet, but when I closing game, connection is coming back, and everything is fine. I use wireless adapter
It happens for almost every game

Review your router / modem logs and see if anything obvious pops up, such as a switch port going down. It may point to a device issue, or a protocol issue (e.g. UPnP).
