Disconnecting while gaming

When I load up games like WoW (either launching or getting into a loading screen) my youtube, twitch, spotify and discord will disconnect for around 10-15 seconds before either it starts or I have to refresh the video. I've contacted my isp about said issue yet they said I am getting good speeds and there isn't trouble on their end.

What is the make/model of your power supply? Are all drivers up to date? Have you checked temps at all?
