Discontinued Kingston RAM

So I found out that my Hyper Black 8gb 4x2 1600MHz ddr3 KHX16C9B1B/4 has been discontinued by Kingston, but as per their website it says that my RAM has been replaced with HyperX Fury 8gb 4x2 1600MHz ddr3 HX316C10FB/4.

If I buy another 8gb (2x4gb), will this work since as per Kingston the HyperX Fury is their replacement RAM for my Hyper Black.

It would be best just to buy a whole new kit of RAM instead of mixing at all, when you mix RAM modules, you can get blue screens and lots of problems.

If you buy a completely new kit of DDR3 RAM then yes it will work no issues, mixing RAM is a very bad idea.

might do, might not. Ram of the same model & batch does not always work well together, only tested packs are guaranteed to work together.

Quite confusing though since he posted Black model picture yet on his title it says Blue. Not sure which one is true.

I hope he speaks english so I can check with him.
