Question Discord 5000ms

Hi everyone, I'm new, since I changed the connection from ADSL to fiber I'm having ping problems with discord, I tried to put the google dns, updated the drivers and cleaned the dns cache, also trying to format but nothing the problem persists.
Do you have any advice to solve it? Thanks in advance.

which fiber plan are you using?
are you using wifi or ethernet ?
firmwar of the router up to date?
ask your isp if a problem is on your fiber line

do you get fiber directly to your home?
