Discord add DM not working

I am trying to add my friends to a group DM, but everytime i clicked on 'add friends to DM' it keeps saying that i have no friends to add, when i have heaps.
It is really frustrating.

Dw about it it was just a glitch.

I restarted my comp and now it works.
