Question Discord Bug Memory Downclocks | Nvidia Geforce 3D Profile Manager

Related to the memory downclocking issue caused by a recent Discord update: I tend to keep my Discord as uptodate as possible so whenever it goes "hey theres a new update here" I'll just download it almost without a second thought. Recently though I have been finding my GPU (RTX 2070MQ 8GB) has moments where it suddenly slows down for a bit then gets back up to speed. I have heard however you can temporarily get by this issue by downloading the Nvidia Geforce 3D Profile Manager and typing some command or whatever that should temporarily fix whatever memory downclocks Discord has caused. I cannot however find the download link for the profiler anywhere?

nvidia already released app profile for discord which should install on its own and should theoreticaly work once you reboot and log into windows, no manual download available,, you could check with nvidia inspector if that profile is there or not
