Discord lagging games (REALLY) bad

My laptop gets really hot, and i thought that was the problem but, when i was going to change it with another laptop, i tried fortnite on Epic settings and it ran perfectly, i got some lag spikes but it was absolutely normal.
But when i am talking with my friends on discord, my laptop heats up to 170 C (cpu and gpu combined) it uses my cpu and fortnite LAGS on the smallest possible resolution and worst settings...
The laptop was really expensive, and its supposed to be really powerful...

The laptop should not go to over 100'c under any conditions (normal environment).
I would try to RMA, if it is still possible.

Yeah RMA it.. You are lagging because your components are throttling because it's so hot. When components like the GPU and CPU get too hot (It's usually around 100C that it starts throttling the CPU) it throttles it, it lowers it's power to try and cool down.

Well it's Dell, so get them to fix it, may just be a bad fan assembly.

I admit I missed that word "combined".
If 170'c is combined, proc temp + gpu temp...well....you should post the temp individually.

The thing is however, you saw that the proc and/or the GPU is already throttling, which in the end, you still have to RMA it.
If the seller does not want to take any responsibility, you can try to contact Dell directly.
I have never had bad experience with Dell customer service so far.

So CPU Easily gets up to 103 C Degreese , and the GPU gets up to 98 C maximum, rn i am testing it on MINECRAFT and it... i cannot explain how i feel ( 2100 euro laptop)

CPU will throttle on 100'C
GPU will throttle on 90c
Fan curve is correct yes? Fan set to active and not passive.
Fan are all spinning like crazy yes? They should be very loud.

The problem is i live in Bulgaria, and i am not sure if we have dell here , or do i need to send it to them?

If you contact Dell, yes, you will have to send the laptop to them, if you do not have a branch in your city.
If you have a Dell branch in your city, you can take the laptop to them personally.
