[SOLVED] Discord using 55% of cpu?

Discord is using 55% of my cpu, hindering gameplay.

Have you tried enabling hardware acceleration in Discord so the gpu takes some of the load?

That's an obvious one so you might've tried it already. If hardware acceleration isn't helping, try move the process to another core using affinity in Task Manager.

the 2200G, with but 4 threads to utilize, really has nothing to spare on resources for background apps like chatting/surfing/watching Youtube videos, or, worse yet, streaming of any type...
