Question Discrete GPU on laptop randomly stops working ?

I still get good performance when my gpu is working. No performance issues. It never stops working when I'm playing a game, only when I'm browsing, or doing work on my laptop. Afterburner just shows 0 values. Then I have to restart again to fix it. What could be the problem?
