Question Discrete graphics card not shown in Device Manager ?

I reinstalled a fresh copy of windows 10 on my laptop. now it is not showing the graphic card. i checked device manager. it is not showing. but it does show up in UEFI.
i tried downloading driver over and over again and nothing. i can install the amd graphic software. but not nvidia. Nviida driver only show an error. Only amd driver and microsoft generic driver work.

The Hmdi port does not work at all. i even tried directly from asus still nothing.
Amd does have on board graphics on cpu, could that cause a conflict ?

• Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3550H
• Memory/Storage: 8GB DDR4 RAM/512GB PCIe SS
• Discrete Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650

Yeah did all that. Every driver i could throw at it. Reformat a bunch if times.

what error did you get when you try to install the nvidia driver?

It doesn't see any compatible hardware.
but it does show up in uefi, but not on device manager. i can install amd driver but not nvidia, at all.

Tried all of that still nothing.
It running on the amd graphic driver. tried installling the nvidia drivers first before the amd drivers nothing. found all the asus driver installed then one by one still nothing.
