Dishonored 2 looks bad even at almost maxed out settings?

So I recently bought a GTX 770 and I was really looking forward to playing this game but, when I launch it, no matter the settings, it looks as if the textures haven't loaded yet, always. The main menu, in-game, everywhere. Now, I'm not sure if this has to do with my card being only 2 GB but I know Wolfenstein: The New Order runs fine, and since the Void engine is based off the engine that Wolfenstein runs on, I don't know what is causing it to happen on this one game... The game ran like crap on my 750ti but looked good and when I switched out my cards it started to do this... Any suggestions? (Examples: http://imgur.com/fq9Pk5C ; http://imgur.com/ypSJbEo )
