Disk 0 - 100% utilization

I've been having an issue since I've upgraded to windows 10 with Disk 0 being at 100% utilization. I've reviewed task manager and cant figure out whats driving the utilization. In addition I've done all of the most common troubleshooting steps (adjusting virtual memory, shutting off windows search, etc). Does anyone have suggestions to try to determine definitively what is causing this and how to repair it. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated and thanks in advance.

if a recent upgrade, you'd first want to make sure all Windows updates are done downloading and being applied, which can take days if your connection is slow...

(type 'Updates' in search window and click 'CHeck for Updates' from the popup window....; if any updates are actively downloading, this activity will be shown....)
