Disk 0 partion 3 drive

Acer Aspire will not boot in any mode after pressing F10 and Alt starts to reboot and the message displayed is Fail to get disk 0 partion 3 drive letter what do i need to do now

Go into the BIOS, see if there is a disk check utility. Sounds like you have an issue with your hard drive, which is not good. You can try to reseat the hard drive first to see if that will help. If the drive tests as bad, you need to order a new drive and re-install Windows on it using the recovery disks you should have with the system purchase. Unfortunately a bad drive equals lost files that were on it.
