I've recently got my second hardrive just for storage and extra space for games.
When I formatted the drive and labeled it it was fine.
I moved across a file and it went as expected but then hung at 99% after a few minutes file explorer stopped responding and then closed after i chose to end it.
Ever since then its been at 100% usage from boot but nothings reading or writing to it and I can't re format it or use it, if i try file explorer and disk management just freeze and die.
I can look in the drive and see my file but if i try to move anything in, install anything to it or delete the file explorer just freezes and nothing happens.
