DIsk always at 100 %

So recently I got a virus on my PC. I had to format my SSD and reinstall windows. But when I got the PC up and running again I noticed that in task manager, disk usage is always at 100%. I am pretty sure its not at 100% tough as the system is only using a maximum of 10MB/s. The PC is also not slow or laggy wich it would be if the disk usage was actually 100%. So why is it showing 100%? Im really confused. Thanks in advantage for any help..

boot your machine into bios and let it sit with power on for a few hours, then let the system boot into windows and see if the problem is resolved. Note this assumes there is free space on your system drive. if not run cleanmgr.exe and try to clean up system disk space.

Thanks, but it didnt fix the issue. And the SSD is not full.

Have you got all the updates as if so, it could be a service that Windows Update seems to have turned on last week.
