Question Disk, and CPU both at 100% usage when gaming

Hey, I purchase a PC on kijiji and only have had problems with this machine and wondering if what is happening is normal or not for my specs.

I would crash and get a dxgi device removed error when playing any game other than minecraft, and to fix this i added a line to the registry from a tutorial and now the games dont crash but my performance goes really high. my disk idles at like 50% and my cpu idles around 30-40% and when playing games they both shoot up to around 100%
