DISK and CPU HIGH USAGE

I dont know if this is from windows 10 but i didnt had that kind of problems while i had windows 7. T he disk usage is always changing and goes at 100% frequently and the cpu usage is also high at 40-60%. I have tried everything superfetch,notifications and pc reset. Nothing solved it. What else i can do? any suggestions are appreciated!

It's not Windows 10, I can tell you that much.

Whats causing the high cpu and disk usage? Open task manager click the cpu column this will bring up the processes using the most cpu resources to the top, do the same for disk usage and let me know what those processes are.

I found a lot of others with this same problem, unfortunately I cant find a clear solution. It seems to be a somewhat common with win 8 and 10. Give this article below a read.

I did the above methods and now the usage dropped at 0-10% in both cpu and disk i hope it will stay that way because other methods just fixed the problem until restart. Thanks anyway!
