DISK BOOT FAILURE (info in description)

I've tried everything under the sun to fix this, if somone could help it would be more than appreciated.
What lead to my problem was uninstalling a VPN client and then my internet stopped working (i dont know if this could be part of the reason), so after troubleshooting and looking online i decided to just restore my PC to factory settings (so smart), and then i got the error message.

Also ive had this problem with the same pc 2 or 3 times before but just cleaning the graphics card fixed it.

what do you mean by factory settings? did you just reinstall the OS or did you default the BIOS?

I done a system restore from the options in the control panel.
