Disk Check and Boot Defrag at the same time?

I have a bit of a problem. I'm on new work PC (very old/junky), and this sluggish tin can is running slow still. I've done plenty of things to help speed it up, but right now what I need to do is a boot defrag (23% fragmentation - locked by OS normally), and I would like to run a CHKDSK.

Both of those take quite a while to do, and I need my computer on. That means the only time I can dedicate that much AFK time is when I leave for the night. Can I do both of those tasks in one boot so that I can finish it up in one night, or would I need to do one task tonight, and one task tomorrow night?

Thanks in advance. You guys rock.

You need do it one by one, and I recommend to you either CCleaner or Advanced SystemCare
from here http://download.cnet.com/windows/ I use the Advanced SystemCare, and you can set the setting like when you finish cleanup ( include the fragmentation and CHKDSK) shut down the PC, or not shut down. I think the CCleaner can do it too, but I am not sure because I don't try it yet. So you can run the program before you go to the bed, and the PC will be ready for you in the next day.

Thank you both for your answers. I just went ahead and did one last night, and I'll do the other one later. But this will be a nice resource for anyone looking to do the same. One point I'd like to add is that CCleaner doesn't have defragmentation built into it. There's another program from the same company called Defraggler which can handle that well. I've never heard of Advanced SystemCare, but it sounds like a nice all-in-one. I think the batch file is probably the most effective solution, but I'm not familiar with creating them. I'll have to look into that someday. Thank you both for your answers.
