recently i have gotten a disk checking/fixing everytime i turn on my pc, i always just skip it and doesnt rlly think about it. but today i cant skip it, it just automaticly go to disk fixing and it takes hours. i tried disable it thru cmd in windows recovery and still nothing. i unplugged the disk and its boot windows fine. should i just waited the disk checking? it takes like 8 hours ETA or is there any way to fix it?

Let it run and if it still works run SMART tests, chances are there's something wrong with it. If BIOS permits change, disable SMART checks at POST/BOOT so it doesn't stop BOOTing from other drives.
If Diskcheck finds any corruptions it will make folders Check.001, 002 etc in which files will be practically unusable.
If there are no hardware problems as indicated by SMART, it would be best to salvage what you can and/or want from it and do full format before returning files to it. If any problems indicated by SMART replace disk, it will never get better,
