Question disk conversion problem

I'm having trouble converting an mbr disk to gpt in the command line. I'm positive I have typed in the correct command but when I hit enter all it gives me is a list of switches for the command and does not execute it.

I have tried all that. mbr2gpt.exe does nothing and the command line option with the /allowFullOs switch only returns a list of switches that can be used with the covert command. There is no option in disk management right click menu

Is there any data on this drive that you need to keep?
If so, is this data backed up anywhere else?

In Disk Management what options does the right click give you?

Yes I want to keep the whole thing. That's why the /allowfullos switch. I have done this on my computer which is exactly the same and it worked without issue. I get it that the bios needs to be changed after the conversion as well. Am I missing something that it only returns a list of switches to use the command?
