Disk Defragmenter Isnt Working?

My main SSD (C Drive is fine.
However the one below it named: System (D is 8% Fragmented

I normally like to keep on top of these things but when I click Defragment something flashes on the screen super quick then vanishes and it doesn't start the process...

Iv tried Scheduling a process too, but with no avail.

Note* Im NOT referring to: System Reserved. I know there's no need to touch that.
