They both be seeming to have problems as they both leave 16%. If any of you want I will post a video showing what happens at the end for both of them.

No, it's the main disk, It told me that with disk check its a 233GB disk. My OS and most of my data is on it, my other disks are fine D: (111GB)
and C: (74.5GB). As for CD drives E: DVD LG works fine, then My other DVD G: DVD-RW does not work that is most likely because it was a cheap drive.

Ah, I see the problem. You didn't specify the /r switch. That's why it's running in read only mode. In the run command box, type:
chkdsk /r
Then it will tell you that it will run the next time you restart the computer.

All It found were bad clusters file 22484 name of system~1/_reston~1/rp238/A0145565.rbf, file 47562 of name /progra~1/java/jre1.6.0_05/bin/client/classes.jsa, file 455691 of name /progra~1/java/jre1.6.0_05/bin/client/jvm.dll on file data.
That took about 2 hours then free space took about 30 min's, the first 3 took 5 at the most.

sfc /scannow
This will scan your drive for damaged system files.

After that scan is done, try running the defrag program again.

It said something about cache, Dll or something of the sort I can try to make a screen shot/video. Also my OS disk is not damaged in any way.

Yep, looks pretty good. You could use a program like ccleaner to clean up some of those garbage temp files
