Question "Disk Drill" mystery ?

Hi, something called "Disk Drill" is appearing as a login items entry on my 2021 MBP 14 but I can't find any reference to the program on my machine and have never installed it.

It may have been there since new but as I can't find any reference to a program to match the entry I decided to ask the question.

Does anyone know why this would be happening ?

MacOS Ventura V 13.2.1

it is a MAC data recovery software.

it may have been included with a prebuilt installation but if this isn't your particular case, and you didn't manually install it, i would regard it as a some sort of trojan malware.

I have scanned with Bitdefender and system comes up clean. also have disabled the entry but can not find any files related to it on the machine so still non the wiser
