Disk driver problem

when installing win 7 lost power.
when starting again installation does not show any hdd.
i used hiren from usb, but cannot show it.
How to fix that.

Boot from Hiren's CD (USB Drive), run Parted Magic - great utility and you should see your HDD.
Format HDD from Parted Magic and then install Windows 7.
