I just built my own computer and i downloaded Windows 7 onto a USB and plugged it in and booted up the computer. It keeps giving me an error saying Disk Error press any key to restart and when i click that it says Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key. What do i do to fix this???

Solution
Go into bios and change the boot order to the usb as the primary; you may need to even disable the other boot options. By default the typical boot order is typically optical drive, then hard drive, secondary hard drive(s), usb, etc. Even then some systems depending on the mobo manufacterer will continue to loop you to some error message. Hopefully this does resolve the error message but it's more annoying than actually problematic in most cases.
