My SSD is unresponsive and slow. Is there anything I can do other than backup the data and check warranty?

That screenshot is not a ssd. That is a hdd. I'm guessing your C: is a ssd and D: is your hdd. So if the hdd is going bad, then is the hdd the issue not the ssd?

Yeah, that screenshot is your WD hard drive. Seems you don't even know which drive you're checking - LOL
