So I bought a new Hard drive, it's 1TB and I plugged it into my computer via sata ports. Whenever I get a new hard drive I always go to delete any partitions possible, but while looking in my disk management tab, things are weird, here:

Normally there is my E: drive there, my MCBOOT is my ps2 usb drive (ignore that) and my C: drive is fine. What is up with all the others? How do I remove "HP_RECOVERY" and the 3 empty drives? Those drives have quite a bit of usable space and they only showed up after I installed the new hard drive.

Also, this is shown in "My PC"

Ignore all but the HP_RECOVERY things and the "USB Drive" ones. How do I remove these?

Thanks.

TL;DR I have weird things in my disk management and need to know how to remove them.

Solution
A "New" hard drive should NEVER had partitions. Looks like this was a hard drive pulled from a HP Machine and then added to your machine? If that is so this is the best way to clean a hard drive of all partitions.

Open up a Command Prompt with Administrative Privileges. Then type in the following and hit enter after every line

diskpart
list disk
select disk X
clean

That is it. now go back into disk management and then it will ask to initialize a new disk and then just make a new partitions.

(X is the disk number of the drive. You will know by the size of the hard drive and free space which is should show)

It looks like you installed windows while both drives were connected.
If that is so, then you can't clean that drive, because boot partition is located there and your PC will not boot, if you clean it.
It that some kind of HP brand PC?
Can you make another Disk Management screenshot, where C: and E: drives would be visible in lower part?

HP_Recovery 14.86GB and 795MB recovery partitions you can delete, if you don't intend to use them.
Those USB drives are probably from some card reader.

I had Windows 10 already installed on the computer beforehand, (on an ssd) and bought the Hard drive from Ebay as "new" (Not being used before) but it came with the partitions. I deleted what I could manually in the disk management and loaded up my old SecurErase disk and deleted the entire drive, then Windows detected that it could be used as a drive.

Works nicely now, 931GB free.
