Disk management tools like what comes with Windows fails to see the partition information/structure of a Linux Fedora formatted drive.. The drive boots to Fedora and functions properly and can be cloned using the bit-to-bit imaging method. It is using the UEFI petitioning not MBR.

Why can't Windows or say, Easus Partition Master read the partition information?
The drive appears in both utilities as a non-initialized or as a factory fresh drive.
The full capacity of the drive is likewise reported.

Please note, this only occurs with this formatted drive. Other drives report their structure correctly.

Thx

Solution
because windows does not support linux formated drive. ie. ext, if you need to read a linux formatted drive you need to use a third party software like https://www.paragon-software.com/home/extfs-windows-pro/
