Disk Manager says "Failed redundancy (at risk)"

I've got a 3- 2 TB RAID 5 array using WHS 2011. I looked yesterday at Disk Manager and it shows that next to each drive it says "Failed Redundancy (at risk) but only one drive has a symbol next to it that looks like an exclamation point in a yellow triangle. I've attempted to resync the array a couple of times. All times it stops after 6 percent completion. I've run dskchk on the array and no issues were reported. I downloaded the Western Digital diag tool. And it shows all drives pass the SMART test. But I'm running the extended test on each drive as of posting. My question though is this: What if the tests come back as okay. What do I do then other than wait till the drive fails?

Try a comprehensive SMART diagnostic. Look for reallocated, pending, or uncorrectable sectors.

Alternatively, smartctl (from smartmontools) can display an error log that identifies the sectors that caused the most recent errors.
