Disk partition on efi. How to change?

I have recently just built myself a new PC. I’ve been trying to re-install windows onto my SSD however the SSD already had windows on it. So I’ve just formatted it via the windows install and now it’s telling me I have EFI and I need to change it, however in my bios (gigabyte z370p d3) it looks different to all the tutorials on YouTube therefore I’m not sure how to change it! Any advice and I will be grateful :)

Solution
After Booting to USB and starting installation, delete all partitions on disk. In BIOS you can choose to use UEFI(CSM) or Legacy BIOS. Make sure UEFI is enabled.

I currently have no disk wether it be ssd or hard drive with windows on it. I’ve just got the USB that windows sells for the installation. But every time I get to the stage of installing windows on a disk it says I have an EFI disk and I need to change it to allow windows to install on it. I can’t find this option on the bios however!
