Disk Read Error after shutdown

Every time I boot into windows on my SSD I get a “disk read error”
I’ve tried repairing with a windows USB but it says it can’t repair it.

When I check the disk, using chkdsk, it says “Errors detected in uppercase file”

MSI B250m
Silicon Power SSD 256GB
