disk says is 100%, what does that means?

you can see here in these picture that the disk says 100% is the HD dying?

i built this pc about a year ago cant be happenin

the HD is a 1 TB HD with 420 gb free of 931 GB

That is disk activity. My guess is that avast was either updating or running a scan.

Nothing seems wrong there, my Avast does that from time to time.

i was scannin the computer to see if it was a virus or somethin, sometimes it goes to 100% even if i have nothin open
