Question Disk Shooting to 100% When I Play CoD MW

I didn't used to have any disk problems but recently i noticed FPS drop and Rending issues. I check my Disk Usage and its at 100% when playing.
I'm Currently running
Asus Prime Z370-A Motherboard
EVGA 2060
Intel i7-8700
8Gb RAM
Samsung Evo 970 1TB SSD

any ides why this is happening???

I'm sure it's your RAM.

Here is what is happening. Your OS is using a portion of that 8GB of RAM. Some programs you start use RAM. You start COD MW and the RAM go close to 8GB used and your system start using the pagefile on your drive to compensate for the lack of RAM. This cause FPS drop and stutters.

What is your RAM at % in your Tasks Manager when you're running the game?

Nowadays a 2x8GB RAM KIT is recommended.

my memory was at 47%
so? its only with CoD so i was thinking the same but i wasn't too sure.
